Pile driver examination

Hey admin, thank you for bringing back the "pile driver" examination position for the Margot video shoot. Pile driver is a great exam technique and has been used in past videos. Recently this exam position was not used so much. I was really happy to see Margot in the pile driver position while wearing those sexy red high heel shoes. Pile driver + high heels is sexy sexy sexy, great job Doctor, you are a real pro!!! Please keep the pile driver as a regular exam. The high heels in the gyno chair and in the pile driver really adds great spice to the entire production.
