My idea for shoot is when the patient comes to the doctor and has a full hair pussy, the doctor should shave the patient using the gyno chair as a first proceedure. This is for the education of the patient for hygene and good sex with doctor shaved pussy.

But this is not like the real life. No gynecological exam at a gyno-ambulance starts with pussy-shaving.
