I never received a confirmation email about joining with my password and subscription details. My payment did go through however. I want to cancel my subscription but the CCBill website has no details of my subscription. I try and contact you guys with your contact page but it doesn't work.

Pretty unprofessional impression to be honest.

Please respond to this and give me someone's email address I can contact so I can cancel my subscription.

oooops, sorry about support site, it has been working fine but couple days ago I put some protection against Russian and Ukranians idiots who are trying to take down the sites, pathetic wannabe "hackers".. and I tested it in my browser which had cached username and password so I did not see I forgot to remove some line of the code which caused it required the authorisation.

Now everything is back to nowml, please go to http://www.nccwebs.com and send us email from there, just give us there your email you used during the signup and I will make it work for you. Unfortunately sometimes there is technical error on CCBills side when adding new subscriptions, they ar enot added correctly, this could have happen in your cas.e Please send us message from the support page and I make it work.
